Choir and Organ

The choir leads the musical worship at the 9.15am service in church every sunday, as well as for weddings and other special services such as at Easter and Christmas. We have members who sing every week, those who sing once a year at Christmas and everything in between! The repertoire includes hymns, more contemporary worship songs and anthems.

The choir rehearses at 6pm each Tuesday in church. Di McGuire, the choir leader, is always interested to hear from new singers who are interested in joining the choir, both male and female. She can be contacted by email at diane.mcguire@talk21.com.

Carol Service Choir

St John's has a 2 manual pipe organ built by A Noterman. We have a small team of organists which accompany the worship at the 9.15am sunday services and on other occasions. Please contact the church office if you would like to know more.
