St John's Egham : Holiday Club

Local children are set for a week of fun and games with the St John's holiday club! Based on Scripture Union’sRocky's Plaice holiday club material the week will be full of games, crafts, drama, music, video presentations and Bible stories as children learn about being part of God’s community.

Free event: 22nd - 26th August 2011. 9.30 – 12.30

Ages: 5 -11 years or reception to year 6

The club is set in a fish and chip restaurant called Rocky’s Plaice. The stories covered are:

Sunday service 1 - Peter and Jesus on the beach (John 21);
Day 1 - Ascension (Acts 1:6-11);
Day 2 - Pentecost (Acts 2);
Day 3 - Peter and John heal a man who cannot walk (Acts 3,4);
Day 4 - Peter and Dorcas (Acts 9:36- 43);
Day 5 - Peter and Cornelius (Acts 10);
Sunday service 2 - Peter is rescued from prison (Acts 12:6-19)
