east to west is a Christian Youth Work Charity seeking to bring Hope to vulnerable and ‘at risk’ young people in Surrey and Berkshire. Hope is outworked through what east to west calls Relational Support Work and this outworks itself through the following projects providing a long term commitment to journey with children, young people and families through the issues that they are addressing.
Schools Work: east to west works in 4 secondary schools in North Surrey and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead offering hundreds of hours of 1:2:1 pastoral care and support groups. Click here to find out more
Supported Lodgings: The aim of Supported Lodgings is to bridge this vulnerable season of transition from homelessness into independence or reconciliation back home by placing a young person into a hosts home for up to a year. Click here to find out more
